Congratulations to WHUT’s Anacostia Digital Media Club for producing, “Be the Change,” the winning video in the first American Graduate Student Film Festival! The group created this video to encourage adults to become mentors to high school students. They can be the change they want to see and empower students to stay in school.

The 2013 American Graduate Film Festival (AGFF), an online film competition that focuses on the challenges and opportunities in achieving a high school diploma, kicked off on March 18th and ran through March 25th.  The winners were announced just before the PBS premiere of 180 Days: A Year Inside An American High School. Congratulations to WHUT’s Anacostia Digital Media Club for producing, “Be the Change,” the winning video in the first American Graduate Student Film Festival.
